   • Owned end-to-end quality strategy across the company's full integration ecosystem — including 12+ two-way integrations (ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Jira, HubSpot) and productivity/storage connectors (Google Calendar, Outlook, Box, Dropbox, SharePoint, Google Drive) — directly enabling the company's competitive expansion into the Managed Service Provider market.
   • Managed build-promotion workflows across 4 lower environments and production, ensuring release quality and deployment reliability.
   • Delivered a Moovila read-only API, expanding the platform's integration ecosystem for external partners.

   Komatsu Partnership & Mobile Platform · Aug 2018 – Mid 2022

   • Served as primary product liaison with Komatsu Japan; ran biweekly recorded sprint demos and trained their team on Scrum best practices.
   • Led QA for a Flutter mobile (iOS/Android) and web app featuring BLE-based machine operating-time tracking (patented technology), geo-location time recording, QR-code fuel tracking, offline-capable sync, and automated daily reporting.
   • Scaled and mentored the QA engineering organization; established testing standards and quality frameworks for mobile and backend services.
   • Validated the transition from a monolithic to a microservices architecture, and led QA through a full platform rewrite from React → Canvas + Flutter.
   • Owned all production deployments and go/no-go decisions with engineering and product leadership.
